The University offers scholarships for Malaysian students of high academic standing commencing their studies at the University of Bedfordshire.
To be eligible for the International Scholarships, applicants must be a Malaysian national or permanently domiciled in Malaysia, must have applied for a course of study and hold an unconditional offer for a course at the University of Bedfordshire. The International Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic merit.
If you wish to be considered for this scholarship you will need to apply. Applicants cannot apply for the scholarship before being offered a study place at the University of Bedfordshire.
Please note that you can only be awarded ONE University of Bedfordshire scholarship.
The International Students’ Scholarship Scheme is funded by the University directly and aims to provide financial assistance to students from overseas who are applying to study at the University of Bedfordshire.
There are two types available.1. The University of Bedfordshire Scholarship – value GBP 1000Award criteria for the University of Bedfordshire Scholarship
* Academic Merit* Relevant work experience/ research* Ability to contribute to the University of Bedfordshire’s development
2. The Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship – value GBP 4000Award criteria for the Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship
* Available to undergraduate students who can demonstrate academic excellence and/or exceptional achievement within international industry.

The American Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) and the Malaysian-American Commission on Educational Exchange (MACEE) announce the competition for the AMCHAM-MACEE Scholarship. The scholarship is open to qualified Malaysian students who are accepted to an accredited university in the United States for four years of study culminating in a Bachelors degree. The student must be accepted for Fall semester, 2007.

Faedah ini merupakan
suatu kemudahan pendidikan dalam bentuk pinjaman atau biasiswa
kepada anak tanggungan yang sedang menerima faedah bayaran
bulanan bagi:
- Faedah Orang Tanggungan
- Pencen Penakat
- Faedah Hilangupaya Kekal
- Pencen Ilat
Anak tanggungan yang layak memohon pinjaman
ini dan syaratnya adalah seperti berikut -
- Anak tanggungan orang berinsurans yang menerima pencen
ilat atau bayaran berkala faedah hilangupaya kekal hendaklah
belum mencapai umur 21 tahun dan belum berkahwin pada
masa permohonannya diterima oleh PERKESO;
atau
- Anak tanggungan orang berinsurans yang mati akibat suatu
bencana kerja atau semasa menerima pencen ilat atau sebelum
mencapai umur 55 tahun tetapi telah memenuhi mana-mana
syarat kelayakan caruman yang ditetapkan hendaklah belum
mencapai umur 21 tahun dan belum berkahwin atau jika telah
mencapai umur 21 tahun, masih menerima pelajaran dalam
mana-mana institusi pelajaran tinggi dan belum berkahwin
pada masa permohonannya diterima oleh PERKESO; - Telah mendapat tempat dan telah mendaftarkan diri di
Universiti-Universiti atau Kolej-Kolej atau Institusi
Pengajian Tinggi tempatan (termasuk Institusi Pengajian
Tinggi swasta yang menjalankan program berkembar dengan
syarat seluruh pengajian itu hendaklah dibuat di Malaysia)
yang berdaftar dengan Kementerian Pendidikan untuk mendapatkan
suatu Ijazah atau Diploma atau Sijil Kemahiran yang dikeluarkan
oleh Majlis Latihan Vokasional Kebangsaan (MLVK), Kementerian
Sumber Manusia; - Tidak menerima Biasiswa atau Pinjaman atau Bantuan
Penuh Pelajaran daripada pihak-pihak lain;
dan
- Kewangan keluarganya tidak dapat menampung perbelanjaan
pelajaran itu.
Huaya Enrichment Scholarship February 23, 2007

This scholarship is open to applicants who plan to study Chinese in any language centres affiliated with universities in Taiwan. The duration of study is from September to August next year, and recipients of the scholarship will receive a stipend of NT$25,000 (RM2,700) per month.
Scholarship is open to all Malaysians and closing date for submission is March 31, 2007. For further enquiries or request of application forms, email teco@po.jaring.my or call 03- 2161 4439, ext 114.
The Taiwan Scholarship February 23, 2007

The Taiwan Scholarship Programme is for students who aspire to study in a Taiwanese college or university.
Recipients of this scholarship will receive a monthly stipend of NT$25,000(RM2,700) for undergraduate studies and NT$30,000 (RM3,200) for postgraduate studies.
The next academic semester starts on Sept 1, 2007.
Students who have received other scholarship awarded by Taiwan government agencies or educational institutions are not eligible to apply.
Applicants must be Malaysians and the closing date for submission is March 31, 2007.
